The provision of clean bed linen, bath and hand towels, bath mat, tea towels and flannels are included. A weekly change of linen is included.
Cleaning :
There is a weekly cleaning of the accommodation. But itis essential that you leave your accomodation in a clean and acceptable condition : clean the cockery and cutlery, empty the fridge, remove all your rubbish . A deduction from your security deposit will be made if your apartment is not cleaned as requested .
Services :
Each apartment has independent hot water and central heating. Electricity and water is included.
Equipment :
Each kitchen also includes a full range of knives, cutting boards, cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, refrigerator, fire extinguisher and first-aid kit. Hair-dryer, iron and ironing board are available free of charge.
Televison :
A 51cm colour TV and independent 250 channel satellite receiver is provided.
Consumables :
A welcome pack is provided which includes an intial supply of toilet and kitchen paper, wet-wipes, detergent, and liquid soap, fresh water, coffee and tea .
Parking :
Ample car parking is provided adjacent to accommodation, gates are kept closed during hours of darkness, with key-entry system.
Animals :
We regret animals are not allowed in Les Arcades.
Laundry :
You have the possibility to wash your clothes in our laundry; you will be charged 5 € for the washing and 3 € for the drying each time, except on Saturdays and Sundays as it is used for the washing of the linen we provide . Or there is a washing machine available and a laundrette just 2 minutes from Les Arcades.
Departures and arrivals :
Departures should be before 10:00AM and arrivals between 5PM and 8PM (except by prior arrangement). We would appreciate it if you could let us know the time of your departure in order to do the inventory .
Guaranty deposit :
A guaranty deposit of 200 € will be exigible in exchange for the keys . It is handed back to you at the end of your stay once the inventory has been done and the state of the accommodation checked, deductions are made for any restoration needed, any damage done, loss or eventual cleaning. If the deposit does not cover the costs, you promise to pay the difference . There is an inventory list in the kitchen, all complaints must be made soon after arrival .
Cancellations and changes :
A deposit :25% of the total coast confirms your booking.
We are happy to reserve your accommodation for 72-hours but after this we shall need a 25% deposit to confirm your booking. You will receive confirmation by email or by post of your booking.
The balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival. You can pay by cheque or cash; if you pay by transfert bank, the fees are at your charge . If you do not pay the balance 8 weeks before your arrival your accommodation may be re-let. If you cancel more than 8 weeks before your arrival your deposit will be returned once the period is left in a clean condition . Thank you for your cooperation in this matter .

More than 8 weeks : No cancellation charge if same period can be re-let or an administration charge of 30 € will apply.
More than 4 weeks but less than 8 weeks : 50% cancellation charge
Between 2 weeks and 4 weeks : 75% cancellation charge
Less than 2 weeks : you are liable for the full cost No reimbursements are paid for stays that are shortened ; the total cost is considered due .
Utilisation :
Every accomodation is limited to a specific number of people, we reserve the right to refuse anyone over and above the number specified . The arrangement, fittings and equipment cannot be changed in any way at all ; It is strictly forbidden to move furniture or accessories from or into apartments without our agreement. It is strictly forbidden to reproduce keys . Every time door keys are lost, the lock is changed (for security reasons) at your cost .
