Michelin 1* chef who has held his star for over 10 years, Alian Carro runs a very professional restaurant and the food is always superb. Some say it is too formal so a great place to get dressed up for.
Great chef recently moved from Cagnes sur Mer where he used to hold a Michelin 1*. Welcomes children and has a modular type menu - be warned if you change anything on the menus then al a carte prices kick in - choose a menu with the wine and coffee included for the best value. Do not be put off by the tennis courts by the car park, the view up to the village from the terrace is worth a photo and inside the modern decor is crisp and clean.
A Real Farm Restaurant, little choice and they only cook enough for the people who have booked. Also as it is run by the farmer and his wife the opening times are unpredictable so do phone. Eating only outside so watch the weather out of season.
Great pizzas, salads and so they say the best steaks in the area .

Owned by Jim and Tina a Yorkshire man and German wife who do fish and chips on Friday, otherwise regular Provencal food, great views over the lake and they rent pedelos too.
Martin and his wife run a very friendly restaurant and bar that is very popular with the French in the area, very child friendly, issues fishing permits for the lake, has pedelos to rent and often has great live bands.
